Wine with biriyani.
And champagne with garam masala.
A female pope who had a child.
And a modern executive who abandoned hers.
"Top Girls" - 10th Nov, 4PM, Vivekananda Hall.
Repeat performance - 14th Nov, evening, Gyaan Manch.
Please do come.
p.s. Most of my favourite professors have got a meeting to attend. The 'Milton Scholar' can't come............ _________________ Its a strange sort of memory which works only backwards. |

IT ROCKED!
But a few things need tidying up. First scene there were a few balls ups. the two guys need to work out whether they're guys being women being men or what. Pope Joan lost volume trying to raise pitch: work that diaphragm!
Office scenes very chipper. Was cheering when Rainbeau told guilttrip housewife to piss off. The cameos especially went down well.
Last scene flagged a bit. Rainbeau was doing well till then but got weepy too quickly at the end and plateau-ed. Ragini was great.
Especial pat on the back for Sohini for the role AND the costumes.
All in all a very strong performance. Initial glitches should iron out on the 14th. Keep it up, people. |
