As for customised user ranks...erm...nope. The only people who get user ranks at the moment are our moderators...and possibly someone in PiGII...but I cant remember. User ranks are easy to create but it makes things more complicated on the administrative side. Don't worry, the PhpBB software is constantly being updated so eventually we should see some changes.
