it was Beckham who won the La LIga for Real Madrid this time out. he might not show off like the BLOODY BRAZILIANS and ARGENTINES but he has alot of class and that shows in the fact that despite playing in the same league as RONALDINHO and MESSI for four years, he ended up with the highest number of midfield assists each time out. Just the thing you want in a midfielder.
Last season Ronaldinho and Messi were put in there place by Carragher and Agger at Nou Camp, where those two kept on showboating in the second third of the pitch but the moment they entered the final third of the pitch ie. close to the edge of the box, those two were dispossesed by the Liverpool back four.
Hah! so much for South American Brilliance. 
but yeah, even id like to know why Best or Charlton or Beckenbauer have not been included.
