"The one-hundred-word story is an amusing little literary tradition. The rules are simple: The story (not counting title and author credit) must be no more or less than one hundred words. Other than that, anything goes."

We're going to print the best 4 or 5 100-word-stories we get. It'll be sort of the 100-word story page. So, if anyone thinks they're up to the challenge, please mail me at
